The VI annual Symposium of journal “Herald of Civil procedure” will be held. The theme of symposium is “2019 - “Civil law and procedure: history, current state and perspectives”

On September 27-28, 2019 at Law Faculty of KFU (Kazan, Russia) the VI annual Symposium of journal “Herald of Civil procedure” will be held. This symposium will be organized in cooperation with editorial office of journal “Herald of civil procedure”. The theme of symposium is “2019 - “Civil law and procedure: history, current state and perspectives” (coinciding with the bicentennial of D.I. Meyer).

Russian and foreign leading scholars will take part in the symposium, particularly, P.V. Krasheninnikov, E.A. Sukhanov, B.M. Gongalo, L.A. Novoselova, V.V. Yarkov, E. V. Vavilin, A.T. Bonner, Yu.V. Tay have confirmed their participation, the scholars from China, Italy, Croatia, Netherlands, Serbia and Poland are awaited at the event.

Papers of participants will be published in the special issue of journal “Herald of civil procedure”, “Proceedings of Kazan University. Humanities Series” and “Lex Russica”.

Registration of symposium participants is executed by filling the registration form via link: https://goo.gl/forms/Ja5Cket7bAe6vTZZ2 or by sending the application to the organizing committee with specifying: full name of participant, report theme (in case of active participation) or “participation without a report”, and also contact information (phone number, e-mail) until September, 1, 2019.

Transportation and accommodation expenses are paid by participants. Organizing committee provides food and cultural programme, also organizing committee can assist in booking the hotel.

The venue of the symposium: Kazan Federal University (Kazan, Kremlevskaya street, 18, main building, Law Faculty)
