The book consists of collected papers on civil procedure of prominent Russian legal scholar professor M. Malinin. There are republished five of his works: “The conviction of the judge on civil procedure” (1873); “Judicial recognition on civil cases” (1878); “Comment to the article 366 of the Charter of civil procedure” (1878). “The theory of civil procedure. Part 1 (1881); Part 2 (1884)”. The second part of the theory of civil procedure was found in the archives in Odessa, in the form of the manuscript. It was not published before.
