Актуальные вопросы реализации принципа гласности судебного разбирательства в арбитражных судах Российской Федерации

В статье автором раскрывается реализация принципа гласности в арбитражном процессе. Показаны различные подходы к реализации принципа гласности в зарубежных странах. Выявлено влияние принципа гласности на осуществление правосудия.
