В статье рассмотрены с позиции ретроспективного анализа научные концепции определения понятий «гражданское судопроизводство», «гражданский процесс», «гражданская процессуальная форма», «юридический процесс», «юридическая процедура». Отмечается необходимость и целесообразность формирования интегрированной отрасли – «судебное право».
