Representational lawsuit in England is the claim according to which proceedings initiate against a number of people that may be imposed by the court in favor or against one or more participants in a large group, acting as representatives of all the large group of participants or all members of the group of defendants except one or more of them. In England courts have also previously studied civil case and the character of its participants, before making a decision to appoint case of a large group for the hearing. In accordance with the civil procedural legislation of this country if the case involves many plaintiffs, the judge must be very attentive to the study of the feasibility and effectiveness of proceedings in a class action in that case.
