In this section we offer readers the structure of the draft of the civil procedure code of Chile, which has absorbed all the progressive ideas of the science of civil procedure in this economically developed country of Latin America. We find it quite appropriate to compare the structure of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation and this draft law.
