Interpretation of criteria of subject structure of civil-law dispute for determination of jurisdiction of the courts of general jurisdiction (on materials of practice of the Supreme Court of Russian Federation)

In this article the author examines one of the criteria for delineation of jurisdiction between the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitratrazh courts – subjects of composition relationship. Critically analyzes the position of the courts on this issue.
