Article presents review of monograph I.V. Vorontsova «Judiciary practice and international treaties as sources of civil procedural law»; urgency and complex of given study, high theoretical standards of work, significance for further development of civil procedural law (as science) and law application, continuity and development of earlier published conceptions are noted in given study.
