R.F. ZAKIROV,
Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil Procedural Law
of the Kazan Branch of the Russian State University of Justice

The active phase of the development of innovative technologies in all spheres of society creates unique communication tools in terms of the usability and processing time. The disadvantage of this process deals with the fact that the legislation does not keep up with the development of this huge cluster. Ignoring these problems is unacceptable, since they may fall out of the orbit of legal regulation. Modern technologies gives the opportunity of fast access to necessary information and the author attempts to justify by the article the need for modern technologies in the administration of justice in courts of the Russian Federation – possibilities of implementation of technologies of blockchain, smart-contracts, artificial intellect in civil and arbitration procedure. Blockchain is resistant to falsification, revision, hacking and theft of information. By its meaning it does not connected with legal sphere but some specialists see great facilities. Artificial intellect could reduce routine work of court administration in future perspective, for now this kind of work takes almost 80% of working time of court workers. Under the author’s opinion information technologies may change court proceedings unrecognizably in future.

Keywords: blockchain; smart contracts; artificial intellect; information technologies; law; legislation; legal proceeding; civil procedure.
