The digest summarizes court practice of 2016–2017 in disputes over invalidity of transactions made by banks and other credit organizations. One of the main subject of legal relations in this category of cases is the state corporation «Deposit Insurance Agency». First part of the review is dedicated to the court cases of invalidating transactions made by credit institutions by the DIA. The second part is devoted to a legal analysis of objections of competitive creditors and related litigation. In the final part of the review cases on prosecution of persons whose actions led to the bankruptcy of a credit organization are summarized. By the Agency’s efforts forms new legal practice of collecting debts under loan agreements with unscrupulous borrowers, who unconscionably fulfilled their obligations to the organization in its pre-bankrupt period; new cases that are developing approaches connected with qualification and exclusion of «crushed» deposits; new legal determination of the criteria for preferability of creditors’ claims.
