OF A CENTRAL DEPOSITORY? 

(with Regards to the Project of The Civil Procedure Code 

of Russian Federation)

The Institute of the calling proceeding in the civil process of the Russian Federation can receive a non-traditional application: as a form of protection of the owners of registered uncertified securities rights. Is it possible to impose on the court the classic function of a central depository to restore the lost data registers of holders of uncertified securities. Will the public court call be able to help – the topic of this article.
