Nonjoinder of a third party without independent claims concerning the subject of the dispute may lead unfavorable consequences to an interested party; the avoidance of a third party of participation in the process leads the same consequences for him. The fact, that a third party without independent claims concerning the subject of the dispute has not substantive relationships with the opposite side, that these third parties are beyond dispute between the plaintiff and the defendant of legal relationship, affects on his procedural rights as well.
