The Choice of Approach of Reforming of Enforcement Proceedings under the Concept of the Unified Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

Due to the necessity of bringing the legislation in line with transformations occurring in the country the Concept of the unified Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation was developed. The article deals the approach proposed by Concept of reforming of enforcement proceedings. Improving the status of a bailiff can largely positive impact on the performance of executive documents. Enhancing of the authority of performers will reduce the time for enforcement, and may contribute to the voluntary execution of the debtor. However, it should be noted that this is only one of the measures to improve the effectiveness of the enforcement, which should be carried out in the complex. Without examining in detail civil procedure means to improve the effectiveness of the enforcement of jurisdictional acts, it is clear that without unified understanding of the place of executive procedural legal relationships in the system of Russian law the normal functioning of the system, including its reform, is impossible.
