Categories of Separate, General and Particular in Civil Procedural Law

The article examines the relation of categories of separate, general and particular at various levels of civil procedural law. The author designates perspectives of the development of some institutions of this branch of law. Branch of civil procedural law includes many legal norms. Each of them is unique and original. And even in those cases when the legislator, preventing errors and duplicating law, adopts a norm seemingly identical in content previously accepted legal norm, we are dealing with another norm, adopted at other times and other conditions, on another related to current legal rules. The multiplicity of procedural rules due to objective circumstances, including rich content and a variety of civil procedural relations. Civil procedural relations are developing. This continuous process leads to stable growth of civil procedural rules.
