Nominal Decree Given in May 14, 1832 to the Senate «The Highest Approved the Institution of Commercial Courts and the Charter of their Proceedings» (continuation)

Adapting the original source text to the norms of modern Russian language (including adaptation of lexical and grammatical parts) held by Yu.M. Lukin, assistant of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty of Law of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. Adapting the text was done on the perception necessary for the contemporary reader level, with this in adapting the original source text stored expressions and phrases, is not currently used in the Russian language, the meaning of which nevertheless is quite understandable for the modern reader (such as the names of legal institutions «litigants», «certain members»). Those expressions and phrases which allow an ambiguous interpretation, have been replaced by modern: so instead of «positive [specified in the law]», the term «right» and instead «skip [term]» – «in the case of missing».
