The information brought to your attention can be considered as continuation of already familiar material presented by the researcher earlier where the new principles of bases of creation of a conceptual framework of some theories, scientific concepts and categories, with non-standard consideration of general scientific, category and integrative (unifying) sense of these concepts, on the example of the categories «regime» and «regime categories», are stated for use of this material in the scientific development and constructions by other members of scientific community. However, the offered material can also be considered as the independent research conducted by the author, since it gives the chance to the researchers who have studied it to apply, including within the civil process, the new principles of creation of concepts and conceptual bases according to made decisions, theoretical constructions, offers, conclusions, etc. with use of modern scientific interpretation of the concept «conceptual base». This conclusion is sense and follows from the analysis of information which is carried out by the researcher of construction, grounds of conceptual bases of separate scientific theories and development on the example of the theory called «theory of regimes».
