The Need for Legal Propaganda in Civil Process: Theoretical and Practical Analysis

In the article authors prove the need for legal propaganda in civil proceedings. Analyzed the objectives, functions and methods of its application. Authors mark out that demonstration of the fair trial which has been carried out in due time and perfectly from the point of view of ethical and moral reasons, is the conductor between the constitutional state and civil society, level of trust of judicial authority is one of the most important indicators of effciency of justice in the different states. Now the most important indicators of effciency of judicial activity are the quantity of the cancelled (changed) judgments, terms of carrying out judicial proceedings, material and technical security of justice and so forth; the problem of the moral fundamentals by implementation of justice was moved on the sidelines. It is very important when carrying out legal promotion to sum up judicial proceedings ather announcement of the total act of justice, to draw certain conclusions concerning behavior of participants of process, paying attention to the moral values mentioned by consideration of a civil case. Preventive function of legal promotion is expressed, according to authors, in removal of private definitions, and also in hindrance to participants of process in abuse of procedural laws.
