Object of the Science of Civil Procedure

The article deals with the subject of civil process science and its historical development, in comparison with the subject of civil procedure law, the subject of discipline, analyzes also other regulatory legal acts defining the research of the scientific specialty 12.00.15 – «Litigation; arbitration process». Author also provides suggestions for their improvement (to include the subject of civil procedural law practices of jurisdictional bodies, except the notaries, etc.). Ee author critically reveal the legal provisions governing the classification of certain issues to the subject of the science of civil procedural law, and the desirability of placing them in a science subject of civil procedure.
