Civil Right Means Used in Civil Process and Related Areas of Civil Process Law

The article is devoted to the civil law remedies (representation and transactions) in civil and commercial ("arbitrazh") proceedings, as well as in adjacent areas of procedural law – in notarial activities and enforcement proceedings.
