The article investigates the concept of the items of the ordinary householdutility and surrounding, on which the execution is not levied. Based on the interpretation of existing legislation and judicial practice analysis, author ascertains the contents of the concept under consideration, and sets forth his own vision as well as articulates criteria for the qualification of specific items of property as ordinary householdutility and surrounding.
