Resolutions of Plenum of the Supreme Court of Russian Federation and their influence to the Russian civil law proceedings

The author of the article investigates the nature of decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and its influence on Russian civil legal proceeding. The author made a conclusion of a necessity of the revision of a system of sources of civil procedural law in which it is necessary to include normative decisions of the Supreme Court and the High Arbitrazh court of the Russian Federation.
