Some issues of international civil procedure of the Republic of Belarus

The author reveals the issues of jurisdiction of cases to teach foreign persons to courts of the Republic of Belarus, the legal status of persons in foreign civil process, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions in the Republic of Belarus.
