The article focuses on the future of civilistic procedure, on procedures and on the methodology of civilistic trial. Problems on methods modern of civilistic procedure and procedures (judicial and non-judicial) are investigated in context БsharmonisationБt of civil procedural law. "Laws in harmony" and "Harmony in law" – this problem of procedures, private and public in methods of legal protection. Comparative study is now the best possible instrument for improving a country’s legal system.
