About some problems in the trial of the appellate court: changes in the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation

In the article deals with current issues related to the entry into force of the Federal Law from December 9, 2010 No. 353-FZ "On Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation" Indicates that the appellate court in proceedings on the grounds of Art. 327 Code of Civil Procedure and pursuant to Part 5, Art. 330 Code of Civil Procedure is the court of second – verifying – authority and fulfill its function of checking the legality, validity of judicial decisions.
