In the presented draft Concept of Improvement of Enforcement Proceedings of the Russian

Federation in Socially Significant Cases, the significance of reforming the legislation on

enforcement proceedings using a systematic approach is determined. The aim of the study

is to identify the main difficulties in the enforcement of executive documents on socially

significant cases and to propose the main ways to eliminate them. The tasks were to study the

current state of affairs in the enforcement of court decisions and acts of other jurisdictional

bodies in socially significant cases; analysis of the dynamics of state policy regarding

enforcement proceedings in socially significant cases; identification of the main economic

and political approaches to solving the problems of enforcement proceedings in socially

significant cases; the identification of the main social aspects associated with legal nihilism,

the insufficient level of enforceability of executive documents in socially significant cases, and

the possibility of influencing these aspects in order to increase the efficiency of enforcement

proceedings; study of international legal aspects of the problems of enforcement proceedings

in socially significant cases, the impact of international trends in the development of civil

enforcement law on the Russian legal system. The basic approaches to solving the problems

of enforcement proceedings in socially significant cases are proposed.
