devoted also to enforcement proceedings. In this regard, the amendments not only to the
Civil Procedure Code, but also the amendments to the Federal law «On Enforcement
Proceedings» related to its provisions, were taken into account in updating this comment.
Among the most significant recent developments, the following should be noted: the
enforcement order now can be issued and sent electronically; the procedure for appealing
decisions, actions and omissions of bailiffs is now determined by Chapter 22 of the Code
of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation; the enforcement order is also may
be send directly in Roskomnadzor in some cases on the protection of copyright; more short
term consideration of the explanation of the enforcement order is stated in cases of return
of illegally displaced in the Russian Federation, or held in the Russian Federation of the
child and on the implementation in respect of such child access rights; the list of grounds
for termination of enforcement proceedings has been supplemented.

Keywords: civil procedure; enforcement of judicial acts; judicial decision; Civil Procedure
