The article is devoted to analysis of the level of balance of modern civil procedural law. The paper considers some issues of civil procedural law systematization including the influence of information technologies on it. The paper discusses some problems of its taxonomy. The authors define some errors the legislator initially made during the formation of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. They include the lack of structure of the Code as there are no clearly defined General and Special parts, as well as some procedural rules are placed in the sources of substantive law. In addition, the work highlighted a number of deficiencies in the content and structure of the legislation caused by the reform of civil procedure in Russia. In particular, the reform of the system of revision of judicial acts caused including two almost overlapping chapters (devoted to cassation and supervisory court instances), that leads to violation of the legal certainty principle. The article also describes in detail the issues of the impact of judicial reforms on the structure and content of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation. Problems of regulation of simplified procedure and others are also highlighted. The authors come to conclusion on the invaluable role of information technologies in the systematization of civil procedural legislation. At the same time, it is noted that today they are not used fully.
