Commentary to the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (continuation)

The commentary provides an analysis of Chapter 42 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation «The Revision of Judicial Decisions Entered into Legal Force Due to Newly Discovered or New Circumstances». Federal law of December 9, 2010 No. 353-FZ «Оn Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation» introduced significant changes to proceedings of the revision of judicial decisions entered into legal force. Main difference is the introduction of new circumstances as well as newly discovered circumstances as grounds for the revision of judicial decisions entered into legal force (Chapter 42 of the CPC). When writing the commentary judicial practice and doctrine of civil procedure were used.
