This article contains a review of the book A.R. Sultanov «The Fight for the Right to Appeal the Court Decision». This book is a note on the really important issues, important for both the practice and improving law. It is dedicated the page of history of Russian society which hasn't – corporate wars. In the book attributes of such wars are well recognizable: withdrawal of assets, renaming the companies with similar names, attacks to the register of shareholders, pseudo-judicial acts (including the adoption of interim measures, instituting proceedings in violation of jurisdiction), the strange activity of the bailiffs and others. It is emphasized that an indispensable condition success in the struggle for the right depends on the maximum possible concentration of the legal intellect on its side. The role of law enforcement is especially important now, having regard to the gaps and contradictions of legal regulation.
