The article based on the works of Russian and foreign legal scholars, there are proposed
new elements of electronic law for considering certain categories on the example of land
disputes. The authors conclude that at this stage of the development of information
technologies, e-justice can be improved in three main areas at separate stages of the state
and arbitration procedure. The first direction concerns judicial competence, the second
connected with expansion of interdepartmental information interaction, the third is about
the expansion of electronic document management. In this regard, the exception may be
caused by the need to search for ways of “automated” redirection in electronic form. At the
stage of preparing the case for consideration, it is necessary to strengthen the interagency
information interaction between the courts and tax officers. Judges must be confident that
they must give the right to vote in court within the system of information interaction. After
the termination of the court proceedings and the entry into force of the court proceedings
on the claim, it is necessary that the electronic document flow between the courts and the
territorial bodies of administration of the Federal Register.

Keywords: e-justice; elements of e-justice; land disputes; land relations; interagency
information interaction; electronic documents; jurisdiction; protection of information.
