With the purpose of coordinating the actions of specialists, setting the deadlines for executing instructions, and also for ensuring the observance of procedural deadlines and the timely execution of judicial acts, companies acquire software products. With the same purpose – to facilitate the conduct of cases –electronic document filing in courts and the system of electronic justice are introduced. The author describes the principles of working with documentation and tasks that require compliance with deadlines in the PJSC «Tatneft», where an integrated approach is implemented, based on the electronic document management system «Practice». The author gives a description of functions of the system and basic principles of its work, allowing to receive and process the documentation in electronic form. The article also focuses attention on the fact that despite the active introduction of information technologies in various areas, many applied problems are still unresolved, and modern business needs further detailed legal regulation. There is given information about legislative regulation and difficulties in implementing and realization the mechanism for signing contracts by means of an electronic digital signature as the tendency of an increase in the number of transactions of the company leads to the need to reduce the paperwork of transactions to a minimum, as well as to reduce the costs for materials, the time of specialists and the storage of contracts.
